Domestic Shipping Policy (Switzerland)

Shipment Processing Time

Orders placed with Maison Aurora are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Method

We utilize Swiss Post for all our shipments within Switzerland.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses within Switzerland.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since our shipping is limited to Switzerland only, there are no customs duties or taxes applied to your orders.

Damages

In the rare event that a product is damaged or lost during shipping, Maison Aurora offers a hassle-free solution. We will either provide a free refund for the damaged item or resend the same package at no additional cost to you. Please contact our support team immediately if you receive a damaged or lost item.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, Maison Aurora does not offer international shipping. We ship exclusively within Switzerland.
